Yes! All pieces are handmade from start to finish.
The ceramic pieces are crafted from durable earthenware clay. The bisque is
fired, then glazed with food-safe glazes and fired again for a glossy,
waterproof finish. All our pieces are suitable for daily use and safe for
drinking from. Each
piece is unique and may have minor imperfections.
All
ceramic products we create are delicate, but their maintenance is
straightforward. We highly recommend hand washing to preserve the longevity of
your ceramics.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us
within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@studiodojo.eu. Please include
a brief explanation and clear photos in the email. Once we've processed your
complaint, you'll receive a return label to send the item back. We'll ensure
you receive a replacement as soon as possible.
We recommend checking the size and contents in the
product description before making a purchase.

All ceramic pieces are securely packaged using
durable and shock-absorbent materials. Once we receive your order, your
ceramics will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
We also offer European shipping.
